This is a valuable herb, and it does work to restore energy and stamina and improve mood as well. Herb Pharm is the preferred brand in this particular herb (and a good quality brand in general!).
One question –
I’ve taking Ginseng before and read up on it and don’t think I’ve heard anything overly dangerous about it. Nowhere in the description of this product does it say it contains 30 – 37% Grain alcohol – but that’s what it says on the bottle. Can’t see how drinking grain alcohol up to 3 times a day could be considered healthy. Never left a review but thought I’d warn others who are looking for a natural herb and don’t want to drink ethanol.
