On the advice of my physician, I began using Saw Palmetto to address a somewhat enlarged prostate. And since that time, my overall prostate health has shown progressive improvement. So this extract, in my opinion, at least is helpful and more likely effective for this condition. Btw, despite tracking saying that the shipment is late and possibly lost, I actually received it 3 weeks ago, which I have reported to customer service.

I think this liquid works 10% better than “Nature’s Way Saw Palmetto Berries, 585mg” capsules.
But the taste of the liquid is so atrocious, I plan to go back to the capsules. Maybe if I take even more capsules, I’ll be able to achieve that extra 10% that I was getting from this liquid.
For beginners: Using saw palmetto, you’ll never get back to having a fast stream like you used to. But as long as you can pee, even slowly, and even empty your bladder, that’s the most you can hope for, anymore.
The other option is the Do-It-At-Home-Laser-Up-The-Whazzoo kit. But until I get up the nerve to try that, I’ll just keep taking more and more saw palmetto.
It stinks having to rely on a product to stay alive. Best advice: Don’t turn 50.

This product may cost more than other saw palmetto that I have used which are desolved in glycerine, but this saw palmetto is in alcohol and is far more potent and effective than these other brands. The directions call for using 1/2 the amount per serving than these other brands, thus actually costing the same. And even with the reduced application, I have had better results than using other brands.
After just 1 month of applying this extract to my head, I have significantly more hair regrowth that I had gotten with the other glycerine based extracts over 8 months. As a bonus, it does not leave the hair greasy.
In short, don’t waist your money on cheap stuff, they are no less expensive and don’t work as well as this saw palmetto.
