If I had to guess, I have taken this Cramp Bark tincture for maybe 7 years. It didn’t taste the best but it was far more effective than the pill version and I don’t have cramps. This new batch of Cramp Care tastes bad and doesn’t seem as effective. Herb Pharm, the old recipe worked!

Thought I bought cramp bark extract. I didn’t realize that I had purchased Cramp care till I opened the box. Anyway, it was a happy mistake! This also contains ginger extracts, which I find helps to settle my stomach while the CB takes care of pain relief from cramps. Cramp Care has other extracts that I’ve never tried before. I can’t say that these addtl extracts made this product more effect than plain CB extract for cramp relief, but it definitely worked just as well for cramp relief. Only downside…this taste a lot worse than cramp bark extract, but it works so I can’t complain about the flavor

This product literally changed my life. I have debilitating cramps that almost send me to the hospital. I put two squirts of this in a little water and next you know I’m pain free and can sleep for hours. I love this product and buy 33 at a time

This company has two different products that are closely named, cramp care and cramp bark, I was a little confused when I read a review on this (cramp care). The 1 oz bottles are about the right amount to see if the products work for you, if your trying for the first time would suggest you get one of each and try and see what works for you.
I personally had to try doseing different than describe to get relief.
Both products help, my husband has tried cramp care he broke his leg a couple years ago and sometimes has leg cramps that magnesium and other stuff dosen’t help and this helps a little with that, I use this outside throughout the month, will have slightly cramping and muscle tightness and this helps a little

My midwives recommended this herb to me (not this exact brand though) the flavor was gross so drink it quickly but it did seem to help with my cramps.
