They’re really tasty. When I got them, I ate a few of them just for the pleasure of it and fell asleep for like 3 hours, so yeah, I think they’re good for sleeping. Each color has a different flavor, and they have added sugar so its not like just gummies, but flavored gummies. They’re really good, and I think they work well.

This product is not only a waste of money it’s a total waste of time to order this product. I ordered this as a smaller alternative to the otherwise large container I order from my local store. They didn’t work at all and totally worthless.
In addition, I tried to return these and they won’t let you return them….. I’ll never order from this product again.
