I have used Destin, butt paste, and essential oils diaper rash cream. And they honestly all get the job done.
I always buy hello hello cream because it’s affordable and works well.
More importantly, it doesn’t have any of the harmful chemicals found in many other brands.
If the rash is bad, you’ll have to reapply with every change. Make sure their bum is completely dry or else it won’t work as well.
The only downside is that it can be tricky to get out of cloth diapers but I find that’s the case for all brands of cream as well.

This diaper rash cream is on the pricier side but it has clean ingredients and works well for my baby! If I see a rash developing I put it on and it usually is gone by the next day. I would recommend getting a butt spatula to help spread the cream because it does leave a white cast due to the zinc and it is a little hard to wash off of the hands. Would definitely recommend!

This is hands down the best diaper cream we have used for our son. We’ve tried a few others and nothing makes a diaper rash go away faster!! The only downside of it is that sometimes it can come out slightly chunking.

This cream is a nightmare. IT SEPARATES!!! Just imagine you’re trying to put cream on your tired baby/toddler for the night. They are attempting to escape and all you have to do is put cream on and do up the diaper. You go to dispense the cream and you get a hand full of LIQUIDY OIL. But not only is it all over your hands, it’s all over the tube, the new diaper and the changing table.
I’ve tried everything to like this cream and not waste it in the trash. I’ve even made a point to try and “mix” it in the tube before squeezing it out, but tonight I’M DONE!!! I plan on reaching out to the company for a refund. This stuff is the worse of the worst.

My doctor recommended this for my son after I told her his diaper rash wasn’t healing. She said this is the best product so I immediately ordered it. After the first use, I noticed that his diaper rash went away the following day. I was amazed because the other diaper rash cream did not give me the result this product did. It is a little thick so a little goes a long way. Your baby will thank you for using this product.

As a new mom , i’ve tried all the diaper rash cream you can imagined. So far this is the best one. Since we started to used this one no more diaper rash. What i love the most about this is that even when she pee her diaper the cream stays which doesn’t happen with other creams. Lets not forget that is also one of the cleanest out there too.
