Was skeptical about using a scalp brush given my 4c texture but this was a great tool. My scalp feels fantastic and extra clean. The handle is comfortable like a pop socket. The only thing is that next time I use it I might detangle my hair first because this definitely tangled my hair more, perhaps because my technique isn’t quite optimized yet.

I was trying to find a way to help my 18-year-old clean and rinse his hair & scalp better. He was getting terrible cakey build up that looked awful. No matter how many times he was shown how to scrub with his fingertips, he just couldn’t seem to do it, and rinsing his hair was also challenging for him. I Googled it, and came across a Reddit post, & found out about the existence of these nifty gadgets. I bought him a nice colored one, & threw it in his Christmas stocking. He’s used it a few times now, & doesn’t seem to struggle using it, & hasn’t complained about it being challenging, uncomfortable or painful to use, & I’ve noticed his scalp looks good & he doesn’t have flakes all through his hair, so it’s doing the trick. I’m elated to have found another solution to one of his struggles. Even if you’re not struggling with rinsing, it would be good for a better and more thorough scalp massage than using your fingertips. However, if you know someone or you yourself struggle to properly wash and rinse hair & scalp, this might just be the thing for you!

Bristles are pretty hard, the device is smaller than expected. I guess I could use for the shower washing my hair but I bought it as a relaxing massager since I swear my hair up a lot and my head is sore but it didn’t feel that good. Pretty disappointing. I did but one of those 30 finger wire head massagers though too and that thing is amazing.

I’ve bought this item a couple of times now. It works nicely and feels great on your scalp. It can tangle hair depending how it is used. I dropped my last one and the part that you put between your fingers to hold it broke off. This newer one comes with a hole and a little string so that you can hang it which will help with the issue of knocking it down and having it break. The design is really comfortable to hold in your hand. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

I bought this item because influencers that I like recommended it, although I really thought I was wasting my money. However, I am impressed. My scalp feels a lot cleaner after using this brush. I does a better job and is more effective than my nails. It has made me realize, how much I dislike using my fingers and nais to shampoo my hair. Also, it tangles my hair less than using my fingers. It is easy to hold and manage during hair washing. I recommend this brush.

Those of you of a certain age may remember the product jingle “Calgon, take me away!” For some bizarre reason, this jingle pops into my head whenever I use the scalp massager in the shower. It is quite soothing and deeply satisfying in a way that I imagine the bubble bath would make you feel. The silicone bristles are gentle and really help with dislodging dandruff. The handle is also quite easy to grip between the fingers. Consider it a cheap upgrade to your shower experience.

I was having issues with product build up in my hair and I have naturally oily hair so I needed a solve. My hair is thick, curly and hard to wash the scalp as close as I need to with my hands, even with short cut natural nails. This tool has solved all my issues and saved me from an irritated scratched up scalp. My scalp looks better, feels better and I am very very satisfied with this product. You apply the shampoo and lather with this thing using mini circles for 2 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with your hands. So easy!
