A lot of hair, skin, and nail supplements are marketed towards ladies, but if you’re a guy trying to grow out an awesome beard or are feeling some patchiness, this stuff’s for you!
PROS:
+ Feel My Face Fuzz! My beard grows fast and can fill out in a week, but since I’m in my mid-50s, it hasn’t been the amazing mane it used to be. My hair is thinner now than it was when I was younger, until I gave this a try. Something happened and the issue was apparently not enough collagen or hyaluronic acid in my diet! With my beard at around 2 inches at the time of start and now about 3.5 at the time of this review, I can visibly see where there has been a change in growth closest to the root. The old fuzz before I started this buddy was thin and sparse, but the new growth hands down looks and feels thicker. My wife feels a difference when touching my face, so I’m gonna full-on beleive it!
+ Nourish that Skin! Old man beard sometimes comes with bad beard dandruff, and I’m going to say that one’s me. I’m itchy, I’m gross, and I flake, and I can’t always be slicking on beard balms. After trying this champion, I’m noticing less flakes and redness and the skin on my neck and chin feels softer.
+ Is That Hair I See?! To the chuckling of the universe, I got a full bushy beard but a head as bare as a baseball. I started balding around 30 and never turned back, with just my last remains of hair crying for help around my ears and the nape of my neck. Not long after I noticed my new beard growth being thicker, my wifey pointed out that the same was going on around the back of my neck. The boost to my hair made it look fuller, and places where I thought just had peach fuzz is growing with force. Makes me wish I had this when I was younger.
+ Lumberjack All Over! The bonus to my face and head extends to my body. I’ve been liking that my chest fuzz has been filling out and my skin overall feels less dry and papery. My dry knees and elbows have been seeing the love especially, but I noticed changes in that after taking this stuff for about a week and a half.
+ Great Flavor! The one thing that turned me down from fuzz supplements in the past was the taste, but this one is sweet, fruity, and very enticing. It’s easy to take whether I mix it in a cup of water or just sip it from the pouch. It doesn’t upset my stomach and both tastes and smells amazing!

– Does As Told for Hair: Not much a con, but more a heads-up. When this supplement touts a boost to hair, skin, and nails, it ain’t kidding. All hair on the body is hair, so while I’ve noticed my head, face, and body hair looking pristine, this might not be the effect that everyone is looking for. Hair growth fullness may vary between individuals.

This a 30-pouch-pack of collagen, minerals and vitamin supplement for hair/skin/nails. They’re delivered as a ‘microgel’ of juices, pectin, and acacia & xanthan gums. Suggested use is to either shoot one straight or mix it into a beverage, and then consume with food.
The flavor is very fruity, my first thought was a very thin applesauce with raspberry flavors. I imagine it’s very much like a grown up version of squeezable toddler applesauce pouches, and it reminds me of various berry juice flavors. It is not at all thick or jello-like. All of that to say it tastes good directly from the pouch! Great option for pill-less supplement delivery.
I’ve not tried this mixed into a beverage yet, and I doubt I will bother.
I did find the box a bit annoying. The tab holding it closed just refused to budge (I had to wedge the tip of my scissors under it to pull it out) which is kind of ironic for a product meant to strengthen nails. There’s also 2 perforations in the box – a long slot on top and a thumb-hole type half-circle at the back, that I’m not sure of the purpose of. It might be that I’m supposed to tear off the flaps and fold along the slot to make a counter display, but that’s not readily apparent (and there’s no indication anywhere that that’s the purpose of them). The idea that the slot might be for dispensing was put to bed by the fact that the pouches are oriented in the wrong direction for that to even remotely work.

As a regular lap swimmer, I’m always interested in finding products that will protect and nourish my hair, which can get damaged from chlorine.
These ready-to-use packs of raspberry flavored microgel, by healthycell, taste really good and offer a good amount of vitamins C and E, biotin, hyaluronic acid, collagen peptides, a bit of protein, some peach extract, a pinch of Himalayan salt and some silica from bamboo.
No artificial sweeteners, colors, dairy, egg, peanuts, wheat or shellfish.
It all seems pretty safe and while I could do without the sodium, I like all the rest. Glad they didn’t add caffeine. The amount of collagen peptides seems small to have a substantial effect, although combined with the hyaluronic acid and the biotin, you may some see good results.
If just starting out, patience and persistence are your friend. Give it two months. You may see some benefits sooner than that. You will need to take this daily, either by “shooting it” i.e., consuming straight from the pack, or mixing it into your workout drink. Either way, it tastes great and mixes well.
These can easily pack into your suitcase, briefcase, backpack or purse, so you can take them without the larger containers usually needed for this type of supplement.
Made in the USA. Mine came with an expiration of 3/15/25, so it’ll last a while, but hey, why would you keep it that long? Use it!
