I’ve been reading quite a few current articles lately touting the benefits of Astaxantin. When I decided to try it the generally recommended dosage to see the best results was 8 to 12 mg per day. There are very few offerings on the market with that high a dosage in a single capsule. The Healthy Origins product is perfect at 12 mg and is still small enough to swallow easily. I have not been on this long enough to tell if it is working but I plan on sticking with it quite awhile to give it a chance. The scientific reviews have all been very encouraging!

Great quality. I have been using other brands for 10 plus years and some brands you can feel the difference when you switch, good or bad. I was using a high quality brand before this that really worked great but was much more expensive in smaller quantities. This brand is more affordable and is in larger quantities and is still high quality. When switching over to it I noticed no change in my symptoms which is good showing it works as good as the other expensive brand I was using.
