Great value for the money for straight up Leucine. The tast wasn’t good to the point where it overpowered whatever I mixed it in. Also didn’t mix up very well.

8/17/24-update; I think this has helped me add muscle at age 68. I add it in with my vanilla protein isolate shakes and don’t notice the taste. Try adding “Force Factor Total Beets” to really cover the taste of this and supply all your nitrate needs for the day. No L-Leucine or beet taste…. Cost is very reasonable at ~ 22 cents per serving.
5/3/24 – Works great, tastes bad. I mix it with my metamucil every morning and in my post workout protein shakes.

This powdered leucine is incredibly hard to mix into drinks and loves it just float in a frothy powdery clump on top of any liquid. The best way to incorporate it would be in a thick smoothie, but it’s quite bitter. Overall it’s good for it’s price.

Is effective for helping to build muscle, but does not mix. I put a scoop in my mouth and then swallow it with water… It’s not too bad. Good amount for the price.

Refuses to dissolve and since has bitter, chalky taste you end up avoiding using it. Avoid.

I don’t know how to take this powder since it does not dissolve in water or any other liquid! It has somewhat of a taste, not a pleasant one. If it were in a capsule it would be better. As it is I don’t know to consume this product.
