This is actually the second time that Health Plus reduced the levels of ingredients and even completely stoped including Sodium. Let me also add that this product with the current levels almost does not help, at least those that suffer from long time constipation.
I also contacted Health Plus about this and asked how is it that Amazon is selling this product with reduced levels of ingredients when Health Plus on their site has the image of the previous one. I asked what levels should the buyers expect from now on. I will update my post here when I get an answer from them.

The best thing I found to mix with this stuff is V8 Juice…… Still, the product (in the V8 Juice) morphed into a somewhat thick sauce. It almost reminded me of some really weird-tasting homemade spaghetti someone once made at a dinner party ….and it unsettled in my stomach just the same (hmm?)
This is really the only reason why I am giving it three stars….because of the “flashbacks”.
All kidding aside… Judging by its taste and its intended purpose, this product (obviously) will be found in a pharmacy rather than in a grocery store.
I like this product because of the results it delivers. Also, it is all natural- in its natural form… it’s as “herbie” as is effective. At first I followed the directions on the label by mixing a scoop to 12 oz. of juice… this made it awful. Then when I needed to use it again, I mixed a scoop to about 24 oz. of juice, which improved the taste a little and wasn’t so thick.
A smaller dose (about half a scoop) is a comfortable amount to stay regular.
Using more than what is indicated on the label could be explosive.

It worked as a expected – I was pleased with the quality, quantity and frequency of the cleanse effects. I bought the two pack many months ago and am still working through my first jar. Grant it i dont cleanse daily for months on end, doing 7 days each month – this will last you a while.

Does the job with senna and fiber.
It is highly reliable, and by that I mean clears me out within hours. I get some cramping, but not nearly as bad as with chemical laxatives. And the fiber makes the experience less abnormal than the response I get from milk of magnesia.

This thing got rid of my bloat in 2 days!!! I drink orange juice right after it to offset the taste but it goes away right after with no weird aftertaste. Use this to help you get rid of that small little pouch we all get from unhealthy eating!!

Dont waste your time and money on anything else. Get this stuff! The best. It came highly recommended by my cousin. I’m so glad she told me about it.
