This supplement is a great value for money given it comes in a 30 serving size and also it tastes quite delicious.
I found it to be quite helpful in adding my muscle recovery and have found it to be easy on the stomach. I also found it to be pretty easy to switch it up with adding a little bit more of lime into its existing line flavor and make it as a dual ring serving hydration and BCAA together in one drink. Or what all happened quite happy with this supplement and might consider getting it again.

I normally use EAAs or BCAAs before a workout, and I’m a little embarrassed to say that the taste is a big deal for me. I appreciate that this product is natural, and doesn’t have the extra additives. But I had a really hard time getting it all down, as the taste was really not working for me. The truth is that I do prefer some sugar so that I can get these drinks down easily and without a fuss. But for me, I kept getting this bitter after taste with each swig, and it was unpleasant. So I took 2 stars off because I can’t see myself drinking this every day before a workout. I wish I could say that I only care about the ingredients, but my taste buds refuse to comply.

This BCAA powder is made in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facility. It has the essential amino acids needed for building your muscles but unlike other BCAA products, it doesn’t have added vitamins to help the absorption. It works as it is supposed to be. I neither like nor hate its flavor. I like the fact that it doesn’t have added sugar. Compared with similar products, this BCAA powder is very expensive. I have to deduct one star for the weaknesses I pointed above.

I take this for muscle and strength increases. These are the building blocks required for muscle growth and recovery. What your body craves most during and post workout is carbohydrates. Protein would be wasted and used for carbs and amino acids. I’m try to slim down while maintaining and growing this are perfect for that purpose. I take one scoop mixed with creatine powder after a workout and follow it up with a balanced meal 45-60 minutes later. This is excellent quality and mixes well. It has a great lemon citrus flavor. There are 30 servings in a container and it’s a good value for the amount.

Great Amino acid formula that is all natural. I take this to aid in muscle recovery and muscle building. It’s a must have for hardcore athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
Pros are that this is a natural formula with nothing extra added. No added caffeine. This power mixes well with nothing left at the bottom of a shaker.
Cons for me are the taste. There is no flavor added to this. Its not a bad taste on its own, but also not an enjoyable taste. The cost is about a third more than some of the bigger well-known brands, but most of those brands put caffeine and other additives into their formulas.
Obviously this would be a good recommendation to someone who wants to go as natural with their BCAAs as possible. If you don’t mind some extras and want a better taste, there are other options.

This amino acid powder was the perfect addition to my hubby’s ultra active lifestyle! Whether he’s churning out wind sprints on the soccer field, or hitting the weights extra heavy in the gym, this was a fantastic way to get the most out of his burning muscles.
Not only that, but he saw a significant elevation in his peak performance, his peak strength and his recovery time was more productive, as well. He demands the most from his sweaty workouts and these amino acids help him achieve that goal.
Plus, it’s super easy to add to one of his favorite gym smoothies or quite simply in a glass of water, and it dissolves easy, too!
