I started off with the recommended two capsules with a meal per a day but it was clear after that first dosage that I’d need to cut it down to one. Why? It’s not just upset stomach – it’s belches with the taste of this oil, and a lot of discomfort. I’ve been taking one a day now since early December 24 (today’s the 23rd of Jan) so almost a full month and my skin and hair and such are not showing signs of benefits. I’ll make myself finish the container but will not purchase again. Not saying it’s a bad product, but I am saying that I’m not sure it’s worth the discomfort.

Okay .. so I bought this thinking it was going to give me A LOT of benefits, but unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The serving size was 2 capsules daily with a meal. I took 2 the first day and got really bad diarrhea (sorry TMI) so I took it down to 1 capsule a day for about 2 weeks and it was okay, but I noticed that I started to lose a lot of hair from my head, so I just stopped taking it and my hair stop falling so, I don’t know . You be the judge, but all in all I didn’t have the best experience as I wanted to have.

Two capsules of this black seed oil equals 1,000 mg. I take one a day instead of the recommended dosage of two because I want a smaller amount. I like this supplement a lot. The capsules are easy to swallow and I don’t have any adverse reaction to this. Excellent antioxidant. Good for heart health, brain health, asthma and more. I first heard of black seed oil when reading the Bible, I researched it and found it to be an incredible supplement. Very happy with this.

Black Seed oil is a very powerful anti-oxidant, anti-carcinogen and has been proven to be effective against 97 out 144 superbugs. And this is just a few of it’s health benefits. A bottle of 120 oil-filled capsules costs $19.99 (as of this review). The dosage is two capsule per day and they’re easy to swallow. So far I have not had any bad reactions and feel fine. I think this is a great oil to keep in your medicinal arsenal along with Oregano oil and Olive leaf extract.
