Human microbiome has 39 trillion bacteria. This has only 3 billion per serving so not going to make a huge impact
But i tried using 4 sachets a day for a week and the effects lasted for a long time. You have to eat a lot of fiber when taking this so the bacteria can colonies your intestines

Tastes amazinggg! But didn’t do anything for me, still have the usual stomach issues

I trusted good bug a lot because twice innthe oast my tummy was in great condition and I could digest jackfruit in the evening too. But these days, my IBS is back and good bug isn’t helping at all.
