I’ve only been using this product for a week and I can already tell my energy level is improving, and I am sleeping better.
When I first used the mix it was difficult to dissolve but then I thought to use one of the shaker sports bottle I have…..you know, the kind with a mixing ball or metal spring. I added the mix to the required 10 oz of room temp water, shook it up then let it sit for a minute or two as I went about my morning routine. After it sat I shook it up again and continued to shake as I drank it. It was perfectly mixed, no clumps at all.
I only gave it 4 stars because I’ve only been using the product for a week. I will continue to use it to see if the results are as they say, but as of right now, I am very pleased with this product.

I bought this for two reasons: to lose weight and to gain energy. I did not lose a single pound, I’ve been using it for about a month, I did notice that I started having a LITTLE bit more energy after using it for a week. The first day I drank it on an empty stomach and it made me feel a bit nauseas, but when I had it after breakfast I had no issues. I find the taste quite pleasant, I got the watermelon lemonade.
To mix it is quite a task, I add 2 oz of hot water to the powder and stir out as many lumps as I can, then I let it sit in the warm water while I make breakfast and after breakfast I will add the cold water and shake it and finally there is no more lumps. I understand not many people have that kind of time.
Overall it is very expensive so I don’t think I will be repurchasing since it didn’t do much for me.

Update 10/16/24 – ok Friends here it goes – Simple
1. Amazon buys in bulk based on trends, this product sits in who knows where for how long and in what conditions. If it has white dots in it – its MOLD!!! This caused my issue.
2. It DOES NOT have an expiration date – it has a MANUFACTURED date and from THAT date you have 2 years until expires.
3. I ordered DIRECT from Dr. Gundry….sure it takes longer but its same price if you subscribe.
4. Results – NO MOLD & I have lost 10lbs!!!! (Follow his Plant Paradox Quick Start Book)
5. NO CLUMPS EITHER!!!

I used this for 2 weeks and my bladder started overacting. It was gradual. I stopped using the product after I tried a 3rd week with only half a scoop with the same bladder issue. The weight loss was about 3 lbs, but I also follow Dr. Gundry’s Diet and I workout…so who knows what was and wasn’t working – other than my bladder… it’s just too acidic.

Just started drinking it. Won’t get into how it works yet, but the dissolving of this drink is not a problem at all like most comments state. Make it easy and get a shaker bottle, add cold water, and THEN add the powder. Shake it up and let it sit like 3-4 mins to fully dissolve.
Shake. Drink.
I enjoy stevia so the taste isn’t obscure to me. If you are crazy about it being too sweet, the shaker bottle being able to take more water helps with that. Badaboom.

I read many reviews before purchasing this product, and I don’t want these other reviews to scare you away. This product is truly helping me in my weight loss journey, but I am also doing many other things to contribute to that. The product is very sandy and does not dissolve well, leaving clumps. However, I have figured out a solution. I place one scoop in a cup and add a tiny bit of hot water. Then, I use a milk frother briefly to break up any remaining clumps. I purchased the milk frother at the same time I purchased MCT Wellness because someone else mentioned it in their review; and they’re cheap. I then add the rest of my glass with cold water, sometimes ice. One thing I am not a fan of is the taste. To alleviate that problem, I add liquid water flavoring. Easy peasy. It takes maybe 60 seconds for me to prepare this drink every morning. Best of luck to you!

This stuff is amazing. I’ve only been using it for 5 days but my energy level is fantastic. I wasn’t sure- the dr gundry video seemed kinda over hyped but I decided to try it anyway. I’m 70 and I take good care of myself: clean food, gym workouts, meditation but I run out of steam after lunch often. Have to force myself to go to the gym. Not any more. Starting the second day, I have had a steady stream of energy throughout the day. Sleeping fine at night. I drink the “potion” with my lunch.
It is kinda lumpy, and imo, too sweet but I figured out a delicious way to make it and now I enjoy. I put a scoop in a quart mason jar, pour about 6 oz of boiling water on it, use my frother to dissolve it, add ice til cool and then add a can of sparkling water. It delish. I’m going to subscribe and get it monthly. To me, it’s worth the price. Try it!

I did not like this item. I had to quit taking it. It made me feel very shaky and hungry. My period also came 10 days early. Taste was good but results for me just did not work.
