I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about ashwagandha, one of them being help with sleep so I thought it was a no-brainer to get something that contained it and melatonin. I can’t say how well it works because there are too many variables involved but all I can say is I didn’t have my worst sleep. It tastes good but the flavor is light compared to other vitamin gummies I’ve tried. The texture is also a bit harder and more chewy. When I first opened the bottle, the contents were all clumped together so I couldn’t just shake one out. I don’t like digging my fingers into things I’m keeping for a while at room temp so this was a negative for me. Especially since it has sugar in it so can be a breeding ground for bacteria.

So far, I’m a big fan of these grape gummies. They are a good value –this comes as t2 bottles, with 60 gummies per bottle and a serving is ONE gummy–so this will last you 4 months.
In addition to the generous 10 mg of melatonin per gummy, they also contain numerous good ingredients that can be supportive of a good night’s sleep, including Vitamin D, ashwagandha, L-theanine, magnesium, turmeric, GABA, lemon balm, and chamomile.
The grape flavor was like concentrated grape juice. Grape is not my favorite, but my partner thought they were tasty.
My main concern is there’s no info on the bottle as to where this product is manufactured, not any info about oversight such as GMP, like you can often find with USA-made products. I’m taking one star off for not labeling what country the product comes from.

These gummies are made to help people sleep. So far, I haven’t felt any change in my sleep pattern. I feel like the quality of the gummies are really good though. I feel more relax after I take them, so that’s just an added plus. They are soft, chewy and easy to eat. They also taste good. I’m hoping that my body will soon being to react to the ingredients, and I will start sleeping deeper. 4 stars

These are a nice way to wind down before getting ready for bed. They help calm my mind and allow my body to rest soundly through the night. If you have never used melatonin before I’d suggest starting with a half dose as 10mg may be a bit much. They taste good and do not have any weird texture. Decent ingredients list and the bottle gives you all the nutritional info which is a big plus.

Must be a placebo effect for the good reviews. The other brands I used worked but tried these 4 nights and barely slept. Cannot return unfortunately so wasted my money

These MOXCA Ultra Strength Sleep Gummies are shaped like little Teddy bears, taste fine, have a considerable list of known botanical sleep agents, and yes, these Teddies do work. What bothers me is the amount of Melatonin tucked into each small bear:10 mg! I have been using these, but with some reluctance because of the Melatonin count. “Taking too much melatonin could disrupt our sleep-wake cycle, making it more difficult to fall asleep. Safe starting doses range from 2 to 5 mg.” (There is disagreement about this.)
I find 3 mg sufficient to put me to sleep, leaving room for another if I am awakened during the night and can’t go back to sleep. Maybe I’ll try cutting the Teddies in half? But do your own research and make up your own mind. As I’ve said before, these do work.
