These do the trick for me, but I am not surprised because they contain 5mg of melatonin, which is more than enough to make me sleepy. The blend of additional ingredients (ginkgo bilboa, ginseng, blueberry powder) are other substances sometimes found in relaxation supplements, but the star is the melatonin.
They taste fine–fruity. A serving is one gummy, so you get 60 doses in the bottle. The price is reasonable for melatonin gummies, though you can find melatonin pills for considerably cheaper, if you don’t care about the gummy form.
Note that these contain a little sugar, and have 10 calories each.

So this stuff actually did a phenomenal job at getting me tired and keeping me down. It’s 1 gummy per dosage so it’s an awesome value as a container can easily give you 2 full months worth of restful nights. The great thing about this though is the addition of other things than just melatonin. Melatonin alone doesn’t really do enough to help me rest but the relaxation ingredients they added with it really make this a solid sleep aid. It also tastes great too, not medicine like at all like other gummies sometimes tend to be. I would recommend making sure you have a solid 8 hours available when taking this as I had a bit grogginess for a bit after a 7 1/2 hour night, but was fine shortly afterwards.

I’ve heard good things about this brand in general so I was exited to try them out. The flavor was surprisingly not great. It’s sweet and berry-ish. I get the black carrot but there’s also an earthy-bitter aftertaste. I grimaced and gulped it down. It put me to sleep in about 30 minutes or so but I ended up waking up in the early morning and struggling to get back to sleep(a common problem I have with melatonin). They also gave me weird dreams.
As far as the value(under 13 bucks for a 2 month supply), they seem like a good deal for adults. I like them better than melatonin pills but would probably pick another brand in the future due to the taste.

These melatonin gummies have a nice, artificial berry flavor that makes these pretty much like candies. That being said, one is more than enough. I like that I only need one so that the bottle will last a couple of months. The gummies are easy to chew, not too firm, but also not overly sticky or lingering. A good choice that measures up well to other alternatives at the drugstore.

It’s great that these are vegan, which means no gelatin from questionable sources, but they contain quite a big of sugar. It’s 2g of sugar per gummie and results in an overly sweet flavor.
If you’re also trying to avoid sugar, perhaps best to skip these too.

These are really great tasting melatonin gummies. They don’t have fake or new-age sweeteners – I can’t tell you how happy I am when I see a product formulated with cane sugar. No stevia, monk fruit or sucralose junk in these. The fruit flavor is delicious. 5mg is a conservative melatonin dosage, but perhaps enough for most people – I however, would rather see these in a 10mg. This is an established brand with a good reputation. I recommend these gummies if you have “occasional” and very mild issues with sleeplessness.
