I’ve been using them for about a week, small differences in my hair, nails, and skin. Love the citrus flavor! These has a slight bitter aftertaste but it’s not overwhelming. I Love these! Excited for more results the longer I take them!

I’m hoping for some help with my skin overall so time will tell if these gummies do anything. They do taste good which is helpful for creating a habit of taking these and the little heart shape is cute. I’m not sure why they needed to include so much added sugar though, since these are for adults I would think that not as necessary. I do like all the vitamins that are included with these so I don’t have to take a bunch of pills separately anymore.

I have used this companies skin products before so I was excited to try their gummies to help promote healthy skin. I love gummies too and it feels like a nice treat every time I have them. I think they taste very good and it has a very pleasing texture to it. The gummies are not sticky so they don’t stick to me teeth in any way. The direction are clearly labeled and easy to understand. I have been taking them as directed for a couple days now and so far I have been very happy. I think they are of good quality and quantity.

These biotin gummies have a really good flavor and texture. They don’t get stuck in your teeth like a few gummies do and are easy to chew. I like that they include a few other vitamins as well which is nice if you aren’t taking a multivitamin. I actually like the packaging better than the typical bottle; it takes up less room as you eat them and just seems like less plastic waste. Definitely one of my favorite biotin gummies overall.

As I approach my seventh decade, I am noticing thinning hair and nails that split. My skin is losing elasticity and I am noticing a more uneven skin tone. I have trouble swallowing pills and capsules, so I don’t want to add more of those to my daily routine. I eat 2 delicious citrus flavored gummies and get 500mcg of biotin, 4.5mg Vit E, 60mcg Vit A, and 100mcg Folic Acid along with several other important vitamin supplements. There is an antioxidant blend of Japanese knotweed and grape seed blend concentrated with resveratrol and procyanidins to fight free radicals. Japanese Knotweed protects cells and supports heart and skin health, Grape Seed enhances collagen and circulation, and Amla Fruit boosts immunity, brightens skin, and promotes healthy hair and nails. These Multifunctional gummies contain real sugar, no artificial sweetener, and that is a plus for me. I can come back and update this post after I finish the one month supply of Hey Honey gummies. For now, the quality ingredients and great taste earn a 5 star rating from me.

These gummies are delicious. They have a tasty citrus flavor and are soft and easy to chew. I do not forget to take these every day since they are so good! The gummies come in a resealable bag. A serving size is two gummies, making this bag a 30 day supply. The gummies provide a lot of vitamins and minerals as well as other nutrients, such as amla, that are supposed to be beneficial for your skin, hair and nails.

These are great overall gummies and taste delicious but they have too much added sugar for me. The first two listed ingredients under “other ingredients” are glucose syrup and sugar. There’s 5 mg of added sugar per serving. While I don’t have any issues health wise that I have to watch my sugar intake, I definitely try to limit how much I take in daily. I think they could have still been tasty without so much sugar.
These are vegan, gluten free and non GMO. It’s a well rounded hair, nail and skin supplement, although the amounts of biotin and folate are a bit less than what I’m used to taking. They come in a resealable bag. They are soft and easy to chew and taste good too.
