I received a bottle of 1mg melatonin gummies for kids. The bottle arrived nicely packaged and had protective plastic both on the outside and inside/around the opening. There are 60 gummies included, with a serving size of 1. They are strawberry flavored and taste well, with no aftertaste. They are easy to chew. Lutein and Vitamin E are also added to the ingredients for additional benefit. These gummies are very effective and go to work within 30 minutes (even on adults). I would say the sleep quality is good and more satisfying (especially when it comes to waking up early). The only minus is the gummies tend to stick together, so pulling them out is a bit challenging. I typically flip the bottle and then peel one off.
Overall, good quality gummies and good value for the money.

My kids have taken numerous gummy vitamins and supplements over the years. We are value shoppers, so we often switch between brands and even get the big box brand generics depending on sales and coupons. These are the first gummy supplements that my kids (11 and 8) have had an issue with. These will be going to the dump.
Both children made a “yuck” face the second they put them in their mouths. My youngest wanted to spit it out immediately but stuck with it while grimacing. My older kiddo spent the entirely too long chewing time trying to figure out what these tasted like and basically all she could come up with was “there’s berry there, but it tastes like soft plastic”. They smell like a cheap waxy lip balm to me. They are also larger in size and denser in consistency than any of the other brands we have tried.
They seemed to have performed as expected, but neither kid is willing to deal with the bad taste, unpleasant smell, or undesirable texture. I’m really surprised and disappointed by this; I did not expect this problem from Hello Bello.

This item is unusable. It is all clumped together and dry. I’m not sure why but I will not be feeding these to my children. Wish we could’ve tried them.

These are 1% Melatonin Gummies that actually have a really good berry flavor to them and they are not sticky so don’t get stuck in teeth which means they are not soft but also not on the hard side either. Even though they are not sticky to the touch or while chewing these gummies did come stuck in a clump so have to peel them away from each other which is why I took off a star. They are also a name brand (that is also sold in local stores) that I have known about for a few years.

I like these sleep gummies. I appreciate the use of cane sugars instead of artificial sweeteners like stevia, which seems to be in many supplements. There is 1g of melatonin in these gummies. I tested these out before giving it to my child. I know this is for kids which just means there’s a lower dosage of melatonin. Even with adult doses I normally take a 1/3rd bite, which is enough for me. I took about half a bite of these gummies to see if it would work for me, and it did! The gummies aren’t too hard, nor too soft – they’re just right. Make sure to close the lid correctly and tight as these things tend to dry out and harden if stored improperly. The taste is alright, children will probably enjoy it. I personally am not a fan of berries, strawberry, etc, which for some reason seems to be the flavor for melatonin gummies. Regardless, it was alright, had a good taste, and it works so that’s all that matters. I am happy with these sleep gummies by Hello Bello.

The dose on these and it being a trusted brand immediately drew me to the product. I appreciated it being a very low dose as these types of gummies tend to go overboard. With that being said, both of my kids at first refused to even try them and then when they did, they spit them out. This is mainly because they were delivered very hard and clumped together in the bottle (like a rock when I was shaking them to break them up). They smelled fine, but the kids claimed they tasted weird and dry (and they have used quite a few melatonin gummies). I’m positive these are effective and would help with sleep. My kids have a very hard time falling asleep- like the six year can stay up all night without help. He is just “on” 24/7. With a melatonin he can fall asleep within 20 minutes and stay asleep through the night. Our weather has been very unseasonably cold, so that might explain the hardness and clumping.

These melatonin gummies are geared towards kids, but I personally like these as an adult that sometimes find more “adult” doses to be too much and leave me groggy. These are much more reasonable for me and have a nice taste. They recommend taking them about 30 min before sleep and that seems to be working well.
One downside is that the gummies are stuck together in a giant lump. I am able to pull off one at a time, but this is frustrating and I wonder how bad this might get if they were shipped in the summer vs. the winter.
