These gummies have a slight apple cider vinegar smell and taste. It isn’t bad or overwhelming. I’ve taken these as directed, and after using the whole bottle, I can’t say that I’ve seen any change.

The gummies taste like eating an apple, the flavor is natural and fresh.
They’re not too sweet, nor tangy. = 4 grams sugar.
They’re the shape of apples. a clean soft chew = don’t stick together nor to teeth.
