I used to drink Bloom and Kiala greens everyday, I’m chronically ill so need any added nutrients I can get. I’ll be honest, the taste is awful. It tastes like dried cranberries (which I love) but with clove (I hate) I had to have a wisdom tooth packed with clove so cannot stand that taste. If it doesn’t bother you then you might love them. Have no idea about benefits yet, I know they make me sleepy so started taking at night now.

They were out of my normal immune gummies, but we really like this brand’s cherry extract gummies as they’re amazing. These are the strangest tasting ones we’ve found, kind of taste similar to a tootsie roll, which isn’t a bad thing. Oddly these appear green in the Ad on Amazon but mine are closer to black very dark brown, not sure if that’s what color they’re supposed to be or not. In any case an excellent supplement, great way to get greens into my families diets and everyone likes the flavor too. Win win.
