I have a small and sporadic appetite and want to add some needed nutrients to my existing diet. I saw this super green superfood gummie supplement, and I requested to try them. I love that these are vegan and sugar free. I love that there are no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or sweeteners. I love the monkfruit and stevia. I’m pleased with the probiotics, super green blend, super fruit blend, energy blend, immunity blend, antioxidant blend and prebiotics on top of the included vitamins. The blends are not broken down by content of each ingredient so using the total mg for each, they’re not huge amounts so I’m not sure how to gauge the quality of nutrition included in these gummies. I do wish it was organic but it does indicate non gmo but doesn’t have the non gmo project seal. The reason this is important to me is because supplements are not FDA regulated and many have traces of metals and toxins. I’m not saying this product has issues but when it’s not certified organic nor certified non gmo, you just don’t know. With all this information I’d say the quality of the ingredients is ok but could be better. The gummies taste yummy and are soft and easy to chew. You get 2 bottles, the dose is 3 gummies. Looking at all the nutrition information and missing the breakdown of each superfood included, along with the asking and quantity, it seems ok for value.

I’m not good at eating vegetables on a regular basis so I decided to try these. So far they are really good since I just started taking it. I don’t know if it will impact my energy yet, but I am optimistic. The suggested use recommends taking it for 4-6 weeks, which is anywhere between 28 and 42 servings. I received a two-bottle package, or the equivalent of 60 gummies, which was perfect.
After about 30 days now, I think this supplement has helped with my energy levels for sure. While there’s no substitute for quality sleep, I feel as though averaging 6 hours of sleep each night has been a little more manageable while taking this supplement, both in terms of my energy and my mood (I’ve at least been a slightly less irritable).
Give it a shot for 4-6 weeks and see what results you get.
