I ordered these Biotin gummies for my wife. Her first reaction was “are you kidding me?”. I told her the Playboy image didn’t change the ingredients. But, I suspect the Playboy image has a lot to do with the price.
The ingredient list does seem very good. There were no additives that I thought were harmful. The taste is pleasant.
The expiration date on the bottle we got is October 2025. That’s a really short shelf life! There is no indication of the manufacture date, but we ordered these in January 2025, so for sure we need to use these up in the next 9 months! Hmmm… 9 months? Playboy? Nah. Coincidence.

I decided to take collagen, but could not pick the right supplement, everybody recommended a different thing. The Non-GMO label, the addition of biotin, which I take anyways and the raspberry flavor looked attractive, and gummies are less hassle than powder. I take two /day as suggested on the bottle, the flavor is not too much, gentle and natural. I have no adverse reaction at all, which is great, since I could not take the hair and nails multivitamin supplement. The dosage is good. As for the final results, I need at least two weeks before noticing the difference.

I like that it is gluten-free, contains no nuts for those who might be allergic, no artificial sweeteners and no artificial preservatives. Not sure if it even has preservatives or not…
It’s collagen peptides are derived from fish, so it’s not really a vegan option in that sense…
Also it does contain some sugar, so those who are avoiding sugar, this probably isn’t for you.
Otherwise it’s a good supplement for getting your callagen and biotin.

As always with vitamins, it’s hard to say whether they’ve made an impact on your body especially in the short term, but I tried my best to give these a fair shot. I’ve been dealing with thinning hair and fragile nails lately so I’m looking for something to help with that. So far, I haven’t noticed any difference in this regard. All I can really comment on are the tangible aspects of this product. These gummies are raspberry flavored and they taste… okay. Not the worst vitamin I’ve ever tried, but nothing special. However, the texture is very unappealing to me. They’re very sticky and will get stuck in your teeth, but they also seem to fall apart in your mouth, which leads to a very strange and unpleasant feeling. I’ve started popping them in my mouth at the same time as my regular multivitamin gummy so the texture isn’t so apparent. As for the value, it’s up to you whether you think this is a fair deal. You’re mostly paying for the brand name so it depends whether you find that valuable or not.

The gummies themselves are pleasant to chew with a mild raspberry flavor. They provide 100mg of collagen peptides and 10,000mcg of Biotin per two gummy serving. If you are wondering what a peptide is, it is basically a short chain protein with up to 50 amino acids, and is a building block for long chain proteins.
The Biotin content of this supplement is a staggering 33,333% of your daily value. Biotin which is also known as vitamin B7, supports a healthy nervous system, liver, eyes, hair, and skin. Also it can help enzymes in your body to keep your cells working properly. In very rare instances Biotin can result in nausea, rashes and abdominal pain. High levels of Biotin can also result in falsely low or high lab tests so you may want to not take biotin supplements 72 hours before tests to ensure an accurate reading and you may want to discuss this with your Doctor.
Since I have been taking this supplement I have noticed my fingernails and toenails growing faster and I have seen an improvement in my complexion. Fortunately I have not noticed negative side effects while taking this supplement.
