I got these for my dad. He has the sugar monitor on his arm so I’m able to check his sugar easily on his phone. These gummies seem to lower it stabilizes it and truly brings his sugar level down. They are tasty as well.

I really like these! The first time, the flavor was kind of weird to me, but it’s really grown on me. Now I have one or two gummies and I’m sad that I can’t just eat the whole bottle as a snack. lol. The lemon-mint is light and refreshing.
I take one or two 30-60 minutes before bedtime. I have a really hard time getting to sleep, sometimes it helps me get to sleep faster…sometimes it doesn’t. But I do find that regardless of how easy or difficult it is for me to fall asleep, once I do, with these gummies I wake up feeling far more refreshed that I do without them. So the quality of my sleep seems to be improved.
I have also given these to a friend of mine to try and she and her adult son take them and it helps with their sleep quality also. Though she does suspect her son might be eating them for the flavor rather than the benefits. lol
They’re also a really good price, so give these a go! Even if they don’t work for you…they’re tasty! So you won’t lose either way. lol

I like the ingredients these gummies had so I had to order. The taste is not my favorite but it is mild and doable, and the gummies have a nice consistency.

With any of these supplements I’m also not sure I see any difference in taking them, but like to think I’m making a difference with taking them. These are a very refreshing lemon and mint flavored gummies. They are on the softer side of gummies and are moderately sized compared to others I’ve tried. These are Non-GMO, sugar free, and GMP tested. Enriched with Ashwagandha, Black Seed Oil, Turmeric, and Chlorophyllin for a potent combination of superfoods.
If you like gummies and are interested in trying this supplement then I would say try these.
