Was very skeptical to try this at first given the amount of products the Kardashians push and how a lot of people believe quality is not there always. So when I saw Kourtney who has always been an advocate for holistic wellness come out with vitamins, I was actually intrigued because this seemed like something that actually made sense. After hearing positive reviews of the brand and seeing how clean the ingredients were, I thought I would give it a try. Can genuinely say I’ve noticed these help me get through the workday without being completely exhausted or drinking way too much caffeine! Taste leaves a little to be desired but essentially does just taste like a matcha in gummy form.

I love these gummies, they give me a good pick me up and give me mental clarity at work. On top of that, the flavor is great and exactly how a matcha gummy should taste🥰 I even got my mother in law on it because she loves how it gives her clarity and a good boost as well! I’m vegan and am on a prescription that benefits from having B12 supplemented, so I wanted a vegan B12 vitamin that had a higher B12 dose than what I was finding in other supplements. I originally found this vitamin brand at Ulta and gave it a try, and after my first B12 blood test, I was happy to see that my level was at 599 pg/mL. Normal B12 levels range between 239 – 931 pg/mL. I will keep taking these. Plus, I like the CoQ10 bonus!

I was skeptical, but these worked really well for me. I work full time and am a parent, so (unsurprisingly) I’m extremely tired in the afternoon. Drinking caffeine after lunch makes me jittery and upsets my stomach. These gummies are phenomenal. I’m definitely more focused in the afternoon and don’t have an upset stomach, heartburn, or any of the other negative effects that I would have from drinking coffee. It took about 30 minutes to notice a difference in my energy level.
The taste is good, but the main reason I like these is because they actually work. I also bought the Purr gummies and love the taste of them, but I imagine it will take longer to ascertain whether or not they actually make a difference.
The only other supplement I take is Zit Sticka Skin Discipline and it definitely took a month to see noticeable results. I placed a recurring order for Lemme Matcha. Definitely worth it as it’s cheaper than Starbucks.

These had a very negative affect on my stomach. The first day I took them, I was miserable. I had to change plans and almost cancelled on a few others. These were the only vitamins consumed that day. And to add onto it, I can’t return them. I did not realize that when I purchased, or I probably wouldn’t have even bothered with them at all. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Bonus with the skin reaction and feeling like my skin is on fire… Both arms.
