Glad to find a tasty calcium citrate chewable with relatively healthy sweetners (monkfruit and stevia – vs sucralose, aspartame or erythritol) and that is small-sized and easily chewed. I can chew these even with a dental prosthetic without any issues. Calcium citrate is far better for me than calcium carbonate – as the carbonate form daily has turned out to be too constipating. I also like that these chewables include only relatively low levels of boron, copper, Vit D3 etc – so I don’t overdose on these in also taking my daily multivitamin. I gave this 4, rather than 5 stars, as I would like to have the option to just take the calcium citrate alone – without all these other nutrients.
As a side note, the package was super secured: entire bottle was sealed in plastic overwrap, as well as cap -along with foil seal under cap.

These are pretty good, but there is a hidden taste that I can’t quite place. It does not stop me from eating them, but it’s something I notice each time. I think these would be more appealing in a different color; that may sound petty but just my thoughts. The color of what someone is putting in their mouth does affect how they think it will and does taste.

These are nice tasting gummies. I would buy them again. Consult your doctor or pharmacist to determine if magnesium will be right for you. For me, personally, magnesium is a key. It helps significantly with my sleep and my migraines. These gummies taste night, and I would consider reordering.

I have three daughters and all of them take a teen multivitamin gummy each morning. However, my oldest daughter, Stella, decided to become a vegetarian 5 months ago. We didn’t notice any changes right away but as the months of being a vegetarian passed, all of us in the family noticed her hair more brittle and thin, her nails breaking when she normally has really long, strong natural nails, and her overall appearance seemed “peakish”. I felt she wasn’t eating enough food items that gave her the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that she needed so we decided to try these gummies because even biotin and collagen supplements weren’t making any difference.
Stella is the only one taking these gummies each morning and not only has she seen the difference but her sisters and I have noticed a difference. I will note that she is still taking biotin/collagen but adding these gummies has made her look and feel stronger and, I kid you not, the color in her cheeks are back, her hair is looking less “straggly” (that’s the only way I can describe it), and she has more energy.
Her diet hasn’t changed much so I honestly think the combination of vitamins and minerals in this gummy is giving her body what she is missing from her previous diet. I feel we need to finish out the bottle and give it a full 30-60 days to truly know if it isn’t a fluke and actually the supplements doing what they are supposed to but I know I can see the difference in the last 5 or 6 days so fingers crossed it is this gummy…because if it is, then we will be ordering a year supply of these gummies!
So, thus far, it is 5 stars for my daughter and I will update my review mid-October depending on what we see after her taking them for a month and a half!
