It’s not the first ACV gummies product I ordered, also with advertised 2000 mg of ACV per serving size of two gummies. These are smaller than some other brands.
On the positive side, these contain less sugar than some others – only 2 g of added sugars per two gummies. Also, they are priced a bit more affordably – $30 per 90 pieces. (You can find out there gummies with similar ACV content anywhere from $0.27 to $0.83 a piece, with a variety of other ingredients.) Some of the ingredients these gummies contain are organic. An addition of BHB salts, organic turmeric, organic black pepper, and whole foods B12 vitamin is very nice. (They also contain calcium and magnesium, but the amount is close to non-existent.) The bottle is marked with signs “Non-GMO verified”, “Vegan”, “Gluten Free”, and “Good Manufacturing Practice Certified”.
As for the flavor, these are OK. I like that they are more on the acidic than on the sweet side, but the acidity seems to come more from the citric acid that is mentioned in the Other Ingredients than from the apple cider vinegar.
It supposedly contains 2000 mg of ACV per 2-piece serving, like other high-ACV gummies, but the smell of the ACV is practically absent. The ACV smell wouldn’t put me off, but would let me know that I am really taking ACV. This one makes me wonder if ACV is actually present in these gummies and if it is really in the amount it says it contains. Unlike other brands, these don’t curb my appetite for as long.
I am not convinced about the combination of probiotics and ACV in the same supplement. Most of the time, probiotics are recommended to take with a meal, and ACV products on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal. These gummies do not have any recommendations that mention food, just suggest taking two gummies once a day.
And the last. These are a product of Swiss BioEnergetics. Most other Swiss BioEnergetics products, though, have a different logo, different container design, and list address, email, and other details on the bottle. These don’t have any such information. So I wonder whether this is the same Swiss BioEnergetics company.

This product caused heart palpitations and extreme nausea. I was afraid for my health. I tried halving the dosage but had the same ill effects. Possible side effects should be listed on the website.

These are a very tasty way to introduce ACV into your diet. They have a number of healthy ingredients besides ACV including turmeric, B12 and probiotics. They also taste quite nice. They have a very fruity but not overly sweet flavor. They taste kind of like a cranberry juice cocktail to me. I cannot really attest to the effectiveness of these since we’ve only had them a few weeks but they taste nice and we like them.
