These sleep immune gummies have some things in them that I appreciate, such as melatonin and vitamins C and D. I also like that they taste pretty good and are easy to swallow. I didn’t really get sleepy while trying them.

This is a really high quality brand sold at my local health food store. I really like what I’ve tried from them so far. These are sugar free gummies containing Stevia. 30 day supply, decent value. Vitamin C, Vitamin D, 1.5 mg melatonin, and elderberry. This may be a low dosage of melatonin for some people, but I am pretty sensitive to it, so this is fine for me!

I have used this on a number of vacations when I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t seem to fall asleep. While I don’t particularly liked the softness of the gummy and the excessive sweetness, the actual product puts me to sleep really quick. I don’t think any of the other sleep supplements that I have, have been quite so effective. I always make sure I rinse my mouth out after I eat one of the gummy‘s so that I don’t get cavities from them.

I have a few different varieties of melatonin I have tried. What I really like about these is that the dosage is very low. I also really like that they’re gummies but are zero sugar. Granted, they don’t taste as good as many other gummies but they’re certainly not bad and have a bit of tartness to them.

When I opened the bottle, I noticed what was pretty much 1 clump of sticky gummies molded together. Very difficult to get one out of the mess. Had previously purchased the melatonin only gummies which were perfect and didn’t mold into one. Taste of the elderberry isn’t very satisfying to me. Must be others who enjoy it.
