Shilajit is an amazing herb from the subcontinent of India with a lot of great benefits. Loved this gummy version of it. Tasty, easy to take and with all the natural benefits.

The price point is much lower compared to other brands selling Shilajit. I have learned that supplements in gummy form are not very bio absorbable as compared to in its natural resin form. I have been wanting Shilajit for a long time and after reading up on it I have learned there are different qualities, and that most producers of Shilajit use fillers and similar type minerals such as synthetic fulvic acid to claim it is shilajit when really little or no Shilajit is in the product. I have also learned that the lowest quality form of Shilajit is animal feces. These gummies taste good however I would like to see third party test results or know more about where and how this company is producing this Shilajit and how potent, absorbable, and good quality these are.

I purchased these gummies because I couldn’t stand the taste of the pure resin. Considering how the pure resin tasted I’m surprised they could make these gummies taste as good as they do. They aren’t perfect they still have that kind of nasty taste a bit, but it is masked very very well considering.
It’s a lot less concentrated than the pure resin so it’s not as potent, but it still works fairly well and it is so much more palatable. Overall I would recommend.

So I have been taking shilajit for almost a year. I typically take the resin formula. I seen these and decided to see if they worked because it taste SO SO much better then the resin. It works perfectly! They are small little gummies. They break up easily and the taste is a 10/10. This will be my new go to when I get shilajit! Works great ! energy is spot on!

I really enjoyed the taste of these gummies and that the flavor is natural. Also love that the packaging is minimal, more portable ntm less plastic.
What I didn’t like is the maltitol and the carnauba wax. But you can’t eat too many of these so the serving shouldn’t upset your stomach. I ate too many of these in one sitting, which was definitely not a good idea, word to the wise ;-p
