I’ve been using NAD+ supplements for a long time with great results. Lately shifted to NR when NMN got hard to obtain. (Tried NADH and the results weren’t that good.) This is something of an upgrade – NRHM.
I had mixed reaction to see NR gummies. Could they make it through the stomach? But the liposomal aspect convinced me to try. (And gummies better than the giant capsules used by some NAD+ supplements.)
Since it was a gummy, thought I’d split the dose morning/evening. Results weren’t great, but improved when I went back to a full morning dose.
The ingredients label put me off a bit, too. The quercetin and resveratrol adds are great, but what was that hydrogen malate mixed with the NR? Did a little research – do your own to be sure – and studies seem to indicate it helps with the NR uptake. (I do wish they’d split the amounts of NR and HM. I’ll be watching the research and want to see if this is an optimized amount.)
Well worth a try if you’re on NAD+ or thinking about it.

These taste and smell surprisingly good- better than most store bought gummy bears, I’m very sensitive to strange tastes, and I can’t stand when I get a supplement that tastes like vitamins so I’m very pleased with how these taste/smell. The seal on each of the 4 I received was tight, and none of them were expired or stuck together or melted or anything like that.
As for how effective they are: I’ve never had noticeable effects from taking NAD, so it’s hard for me to comment on how effective these gummies are without a plethora of science equipment.
The only thing I would say about these, is they are red. And the label doesn’t specify what kind of dyes or artifical colors or flavors are used. So I’d have to assume it’s red dye that was just banned in the US. I’ll still eat them, as I’ve been consuming red dyes my whole life but I would also like to know exactly what it is I’m consuming.

These NR supplements work well in my opinion. Reviewing supplements is tricky since often your body has to be lacking something to necessarily feel anything, not every time, but often. The interesting part about these is that you feel them if you’re a little older. You might not feel anything if you’re young. NAD+ levels decrease with age, so suddenly boosting them, you do feel it. I tried it, my dad tried it, my wife, brother, and my niece. My dad, wife, brother, and I all felt it in a very noticable way. My niece couldn’t even tell she took anything. We all felt more energetic and less tired.
