I have been taking these gummies every morning for about 3 weeks. So far I haven’t noticed any significant changes in my skin, hair or nails. According to the description, it takes a couple of months before noticing a lot of changes. I will purchase another bottle to give it time to work. The gummies are flavorful and easy to consume.

Not too bad. They don’t have a bad taste, but they don’t really have a good taste. It is very subtle fruit flavor. The are very easy to take as gummies. I really don’t like capsules so anything I can take in gummy form is a bonus. I think they are decent value for the price.

Taking it supplemntally as we age is probably a good idea as endogenous production can diminish with age and chronic exposure to environmental toxins.
these taste reasonably good, didn’t stick to my teeth much, and are very convenient. Most interesting to me is my partner, who does not have any regular nutritional supplement regimen, has taken to ingesting one of these every day.
He does peer- reviewing and writing in several areas of science, and has considerable knowledge of both chemistry and human biology. The fact he’s taking them regularly with zero feedback from me about them emphasized to me they are important for me, at my age (mid-70’s). Price is in line with other, similar supplements.

This was my second month on glutathione gummies. These taste good and aren’t too soft where they stick in your teeth. The gummies themselves are actually pretty with a more pink center that just looks nice. I haven’t noticed specific changes in my skin but I have pretty clear skin and have been taking glutathione for a little while now. These seem good and I don’t have any complaints.

The company I work for sells glutathione and I can tell you first hand that you canNOT put glutathione in a gummy because it is unstable AND you canNOT put 1,000mg of ANY ingredient into 2 gummies this size. This product is a lie! Do not buy it.

I can’t be 100% sure, but these did seem to lessen the amount of postpartum shedding I had after I had my daughter in March. I did shed more than usual, but I never had those “oh my God I’m going bald” moments after brushing like some women seem to have. Additionally, these gummied taste great. They’re a very stiff gummy texture and weirdly pleasant to chew, so they’ve been a nice addition to my evening routine. I’m very happy with them!
