Glucosamine is one of those thing that I believe I need for my aging body, but I was getting overwhelmed with too may pills at breakfast. (Because most supplements recommend to take with food.) Gummies make it easier to spread out the supplements.
These gummies are very tasty at a reasonable price point. The texture of them is very good… not slimy and I do not have any issues with them sticking to my teeth.

I love that supplements that are primarily going to be used by adults are coming in gummy form now. These taste great, and since they are pleasant to take it is easier for me to remember to take them. They’re made in the USA and have certifications on the label, so I assume these are probably free from any unexpected ingredients. The only gripe I have is that you can’t actually see how much glucosamine etc is in the gummy. It just has 200mg of a “proprietary blend” on the label. Other than that, these are great and the price is not too expensive.

I keep on falling for these ads and keep on being disappointed to not gain any advantage of using these at all. I do follow the instructions to the letter, but maybe my body is different than others?
