These gummies taste so good! They have a sweet tropical fruit flavor. The texture is incredibly fresh and soft. This is a huge 100 day supply of collagen/biotin vitamins. These gummies aren’t sticky or clumpy in the bottle. We should make it through this big bottle without any clumping in the bottom. (There’s nothing worse than prying sticky gummies from the bottom of a bottle. I don’t see that happening here. I like a gummy that’s dry on the surface. No icky fingers or sticky teeth either.)

The older I get, the more medicine and vitamins I seem to end up taking. It’s also as if my body has rebelled in swallowing more pills. So vitamins in gummy form, that also taste fresh and delicious are a real winner to me. Mi esposo me regaló éstas gomitas ya que estaba en busca de unas gomitas con colágeno.
Llevo relativamente poco tiempo tomándolas, como para poder notar resultados o algún cambio.
Que gustó que es un bote grande, de 200 gomitas, el sabor es agradable, con sabor naranja, pero me parecieron algo azucaradas, ya que contienen 3 gr. por cada 2 gomitas.
Además, éstas no contienen mucho colágeno, sólo 100 mg. por cada 2 gomitas, pero me gustó que tienen una buena cantidad de biotina, lo cual ayuda para la piel y las uñas, además de tener vitamina C y E.
Esperaré a ver algún resultado.
Si estás buscando ver mejoras en el cabello o las uñas, según los ingredientes que contienen éstas gomitas, serán de mucha ayuda.

I got to the stage where I got fed up with losing hair in the shower so decided to give this product a try. Now I usually use the softgels and I do believe it actually works, I am seeing less hair in the bottom of the shower (or maybe it’s just wishful thinking). This is the same but in gummy form, so it tastes better and is good for those who don’t like to swallow the gel tablets. Because they are gummies then you do need to take more of them and they are more expensive.

I’m taking the Biotin tablets daily and they work well but sometimes it’s easy to forget taking them with my busy schedule.
I found the Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Collagen Pectin Gummies on Amazon, the formula has less Biotin but has 100 mg Collagen added per serving, plus more Vitamin C and E.
Gummies are more convenient & yummier so I can chew it after lunch at work as a dessert or whenever I need a snack and craving for sweets.
