Was looking forward to trying these hemp oil and ashwagandha gummies for the stress relief and sleep support benefits I would be getting, but I haven’t seen the results I was hoping for. I feel like the supplied daily dosages of 80 mg of hemp oil and 40 mg of the ashwagandha is fairly small and it really hasn’t done much for me. The gummies are very tasty, but that’s because they are sweetened with glucose and beet sugar, something I try to stay away from. If you’re looking for something with a low dosage of ingredients just to find out if they might adversely affect you, these would be a good option. But if you’re looking for a sea change in your stress and sleep patterns I would consider a different product.

The flavor is not as pleasurable as other Hemp products. It has helped with my jaw pain. Been having TMJ problems for many months and it appears to lessen the pain associated with the jaw problem
