I just started using these and they seem to work well. It’s rare to find dairy relief caplets that allow you to take 1 so I was very happy when I came across these on Amazon. I had a lot of dairy the past few days and haven’t had any issues (fingers crossed).

Having a dairy intolerance while still loving actual dairy is REALLY HARD. These are amazing! I get a large amount of them for a decent price and can pack them individually within my bag, wallet, pocket, ect. I just have to take one 1 tablet before consuming dairy and my dairy intolerance subsides.

I don’t know why people complain they’re lactose intolerant and can’t enjoy eating dairy, milk products/food items, but won’t take the pills that will allow them to eat ice cream or cheese. I’ve been taking lactose intolerant pills for about 20 years and have had no problems eating everything that’s dairy related. I refuse to not be able to eat cheeses, ice cream, drink milk, etc. They work great and are much cheaper than buying the expensive brand(s). Thank you! I highly recommend buying them in bulk–6 bottles in a pack. I told my daughter about them, and she is going to give them a try. Get these. You won’t be sorry.

The only reason why I gave it 4 stars as I just didn’t realize that it came in individual packets rather than in a jar. Well it is good to be in an individual packet so that you can carry it with you wherever you go is certainly a plus but for me a jar is better because I’m utilizing it much more often since every medication I take just about has a filler of lactose in it just a FYI if you are lactose intolerant and on prescribe medications check with your pharmacist to see what the fillers are. I was having problems with my stomach and ask my doctor for a review of my medications and he sent a note to pharmacy asking what the fillers were in my medications. After Pharmacy check down they said just about every medication that is in pill form most likely would have lactose in it. I would also suggest any over-the-counter supplements that you may be getting to make sure that they are lactose free as well back to Dairy relief the reason why I like Dairy Relief by this company is that it does not contain sorbitol, mannitol or other fake sweeteners. As they also can cause gastric distress. Guardian company seems to have the purest Dairy lactose relief. And I tolerate this product much better than any of the others. So I will be using this company and this product continually and I highly recommend it if you have hi sensitivities to artificial sugars. Another nice feature of dairy Relief by this company is that it easily digestible I could even chew it if I wanted to it, its flavor list and powder like consistency so I’m sure some people would not appreciate that I’m just saying that’s a possibility and only two relay to you that it is easily digestible in your gut.
I have bought it over the counter in a jar as well. So the only reason why I got it for four stars just because it was an individual containers it’s really my fault for not reading that it was but I was more concerned about the ingredients. So really overall I give 5 stars and I’m a regular customer now of this company and dairy relief as long as they do not put artificial sweeteners in it in the future, or change the composition some way. Regardless yes I can carry a few of the packets with me for emergencies but it’s really not necessary for me to have packets I don’t eat dairy.
I read some reviews on a different product that contained artificial sugars in the person complained that the product didn’t seem to be working as well anymore because that person continue to eat dairy but was also consuming a higher dose of their so-called Dairy relief product when it could have been partially because it had artificial sweetener in it. Either way eating dairy is not an option for me and I wouldn’t even consider eating it even with a dairy relief since eating dairy may not necessarily be only about lactose, sstudy say that our bodies don’t really break down dairy products anyway. Just saying 🙂

I think I’m going to switch to this brand because it actually works better than the one I was using and it’s a bit more affordable. I do love the fact that it has individual pill packets. It makes it extremely easy to carry with me and I can just grab a couple and go. I didn’t realize how much of a game changer that would be for me, but it really is handy.

I suddenly ran into problems when I failed to read the fine print on my old familiar brand with its usual price and packaging at my brick and mortar store. When one tablet did not work, I noticed the fine print saying that now 3 tablets were required, not the usual 1 tablet. Each tablet had been dropped to 3,000 units. (Essentially “tripling” the price and requiring more frequent refills which were now in short supply). No games for me!
