    Good price, is pure and consistent. When there are large forest fires and allergins, I use it to keep my lungs moisturized with productive coffing.

    Do you use expectorants? This one is not as effective as musinex but for the money is a really good buy.
    I bought empty gel capsules and fill them with this powder to save a bunch of $$. Would I buy it again? I already have

    Works fine for making my own capsules. Bought this pursuant to reading What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Fibromyalgia, by St. Amand, M.D. It’s supposed to open wider the tubules in the kidneys to allow toxins to pass through and out, from what I read. But the book says guaifenesin binds to the same receptors in the kidneys as salicylates, such as aspirin, and salicylates bind even better than guaifenesin, so you have to give up all salicylates for this to work for fibromyalgia. Anyhoo, hubby’s using it for clearing out mucus from his throat, and likes it. This powder clumps more than any of my other powders, harder to get into capsules to fill them completely, but with tamping down into the capsules, it still works.
