I’d find it hard to believe that no one has reviewed these yet. They do not taste good and are of dubious effect. Get the regular gruns gummies—they taste delicious and after a week or so I felt a little more energy

I’ve been taking Gruns for about a year (not happy that they’ve recently changed their packaging and formula), saw these and thought I’d give them a try. I already take auri mushroom gummys but was hoping to consolidate my order with Gruns. These are not that great. I’ll finish the bag but will definitely not order again. If anyone is interested in the world of mushroom health- try auri, the taste is better and I think the benefits are too.

Was looking for an alternative to green powders but the taste is pretty rough and no return option. Will not be ordering again. Its nice they are in to-go styledaily packs, but the taste doesn’t cut it for a repeat.

These are really great! Easy to eat and digest and I feel a difference in my sleep after a week. Most mushroom products are unbearable for me to get down. The coffees are just gross! But these are not bad at all. I have them as “dessert” with the regular Gruns after breakfast. Sweet but not too sweet and a very palatable way to take nutritional supplements.
