I felt the effects from this product very quickly within a few days of taking it. I noticed more energy and my boobs got fuller like how they were on birth control. I was only taking 1/8 of a teaspoon everyday and after about a week of taking it I noticed my face was very puffy. My jawline dissapeared and I had the exact same reaction to the fenugreek supplement a while ago. I didn’t change anything else in my routine besides the bee pollen. I’m not sure why this happened. If this is something that happened to you maybe try taking it every few days to still have some of the benefits. I may just be really sensitive to products that effect your hormones. Overall this is still a good product but just keep in mind that you might have to take less than what others take if you have higher estrogen levels like I probably do.

Being a sugar-holic all my life isn’t good, but with bee polen, I can have my sweetness w/o refined sugar.
I now buy plain yogurt and add a teaspoon of this. The little polen ‘balls’ melt into a creamy texture with a few stirs, not thick or sticky. The color is so pretty and it taste so good! I love that it’s organic and that Im getting the great health benifits of bee polen. Smells wonderful too!

It has a nice flavor, especially compard to other brands that I have tried. I put it in my smoothies, on top of my yogurt, or honestly just take a spoon of it and down it with water. I feel better and have more energy, am able to be more productive and it has had a difference on the girls (ifykyk). If you chew the granules, they aren’t really crunchy, but rather soft and chewy and melt in your mouth. I took about half of tablespoon everyday (mostly everyday, at least) and it lasted a few months too!

When I tell you this DOUBLED my cup size girls!! I loved the packaging, it kept the pollen nice and fresh. It blends in with my smoothies in the morning perfectly! I love the quality and that there’s no added taste!

I love this stuff! Nice flavor and have been putting it in my smoothies everyday. I feel better and have more energy.
