I like to mix powdered collagen in my iced coffee every morning. I use a small hand mixer, which also gives it a bit of foam. I’ve tried it in hot tea as well, and it dissolves by stirring it in with a spoon.
This Higher Ground Collagen Peptides is sourced from grass fed cows, it’s non-GMO, and hydrolyzed. These are three things I look for in a good collagen powder. It also has to be unflavored, and there’s absolutely no change in flavor with this collagen.
It provides 18 grams of protein, and 20 grams of collagen per scoop. I’m very pleased with the quality and taste, (or no taste) of this collagen and would order it again.

This “Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides | Promotes Health, Growth, and Repair for Skin, Nails, Hair, Joints, Bones, Muscles | Non-GMO | Gluten-Free | 18g Protein | Unflavored | 378g” by Higher Ground Supplements, is definitely one of the better quality collagen supplements I’ve tried as it is truly non-GMO and Gluten-free. The reason I know, is because I’m sensitive to Gluten and I never had any issues consuming this one.
I love mixing a scoop of this in my fruits and veggies smoothies. And when I’m not making a smoothie, I mix a scoop of this in a glass of room temperature water, which does take some getting used to. The only thing that I didn’t quite like about this collagen powder when mixing it with water, is it gets clumpy and some sticks to the bottom of the glass. It appears to not dissolve fully. Other than that, this seems to work great and worth it.

These Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides come with 20g of collagen per serving, and 14 servings per container. This is gluten free, lactose free, and GMO free. There isn’t too much scent to it, and it mixes fairly easily. It definitely mixes better in hot liquids though.

This collagen doesn’t have flavor per say but it does make my coffee taste creamier and thicker, rather than having the watery texture I don’t like when I don’t mix in collagen. Not only does this collagen add health value to my coffee, but it makes it more enjoyable to drink too.

This is a very good collagen supplement. Truly unflavored which I appreciate, I don’t need any sugar or fake sugar substitutes added to my collagen. I want the benefits without tasting it at all. It dissolves fairly easily and hot coffee/liquid. I have not tried it yet in anything cold so I cannot confirm how easily it would dissolve in a cold beverage. I definitely appreciate that it is gluten free, lactose free, and non-GMO. If I’m taking a supplement for health, I definitely don’t need any of that as an “extra”.
So far I’m very happy with this product, the value is about average on price. This is a smaller container than the brand I usually purchase but costs slightly more per ounce verses the popular “blue tub” VP brand.

This is one of the best collagens I’ve had. The chocolate is great! More of a mild flavor. And it blends in well! It’s not grainy or clumpy at all. Will definitely be buying again!
