My spouse takes grape seed extract gummies for the benefits in this dietary supplement. He takes two gummies each morning, which will last him for 30 days per container. Additional benefits I always look for when taking supplements, included in this product, that it does not contain added sugars, is plant based vegan, and made in the USA.

These grapeseed extract gummies taste pretty good. I didn’t expect them to b grape flavored for some reason, but they do taste like green grapes. They do stick together a bit, but it’s no big deal and doesn’t take much to separate them by hand. Of course, it’s winter here now. In a couple of months when it’s over 90 degrees F, I may have different feedback. They do say to keep in a cool, dry place though.
I love that these ingredients are worry-free.
Since I’ve only just began taking them, I can’t yet report how effective they are. My intentions are for them to help improve my heart and brain health.

Grape seed extract is being studied for its effects on nerve and brain function. This gummy form has 500 mg of the extract per serving (2 gummies), which is more than the other grape seed supplements I have tried (they typically have 400 mg). I love the gummy form – tastes great, and since you chew them there is no problem with swallowing them. I do wish these were cheaper though – I can get a 2-3 month supply of capsules for what this costs for a one month supply. It is a trade-off. Are you willing to pay more for the convenience of gummies? I am more likely to remember to take them in this form so if they ever offer these at a lower price or with a coupon, I will be back.
