I have been using this product for over 4 years. It is a lot easier to take then using gel resin and scoop it out. I just swallow a couple of these daily with all my vitamins and herb stacks to keep my cells happy and mitochondria healthy! It is so impt to ensure we get all the micronutrients we can since our disgusting U.S. food supply is stripped of everything and contains poisons and toxins.

I’ve been using Shilajit almost daily for years. I have an order history of 37 orders with 11 different kinds/companies. In the last year, the quality has gone down considerably. The companies I used to use are gone, new ones take their place selling larger amounts at cheaper prices.
I have tried two brands and sizes that honestly, seems to be one-part Shilljit to one-part honey. It’s sold in a really dark heavy glass bottle. The color is off, the flavor is off, the smell is off, but the potential profit to an unscrupulous company is huge.
However, WITH THESE dry drops it’s clear it’s the real thing. The tint of the tabs in water is correct. The flavor is correct; horrible. (I’ve grown to enjoy that flavor because my body knows what it gets from it.)
At this time, these seem the best way to go, if you don’t want to worry about getting something watered down or perhaps not pure. This substance is so condensed that even when watered down, the color is very very dark; until you add it to water. Don’t buy watered down stuff.
It’s terrible that a bad company or two would prevent me from ordering anything more of that type, but this stuff is expensive, and I don’t want to take a chance that the flavor and color and scent of the product being off, is a mistake on my part. Because, I don’t think it is.
But just because a product comes in dark brown heavy bottle, it does not mean it’s bad. I only know that the two I ordered, I don’t think were 100% real.
These are real. I’d recommend them.

I feel a huge difference in my overall energy and calmness in less than 10 days taking shilajit. My cortisol level (stress hormone) was to the roof, and for the last few days I feel a huge difference, feeling calm and content.

The taste is a little strong which I prefer to just swallow it along with other supplements I take. I started taking twice a day these last few days, which seem to be the right dosage.

I never had this issue before. But on one packet it seems some of the dry drops melted somehow onto the packaging, and I cannot push them out. I tried pealing off the back and scooping them out, but it’s super sticky and just won’t harden.
The other dry drops were fine and popped out as usual. Why some are not like the others is something I cannot explain.
Otherwise shilajit is great! I love this brand. It helps regulate my hormones and helps my mood. It also helps when other supplements stop working. It seems to fix problems other supplements may cause.
I love taking this daily, usually twice a day. But I did have to order more when over a dozen of the dry drops refused to come out of the package. I’ve gotten some out but they get stuck under my nails.
The taste is horrible. That’s why I like dry drops. Easy to take with water. But when it’s super sticky and gooey, it’s hard to just pop in my mouth and swallow with water. It can get stuck on my teeth and the taste is just terrible.
But it works great!! I ordered more already.

This is the best form for taking this supplement/ mineral. This stuff is hard to take in its liquid sticky form and the taste is horrible to me, plus that smell. Ugh…but this tiny little tablet in dehydrated form is as small as an aspirin tablet and goes down easily. I’ve had this consistent lower back pain for over a year and usually a heat pack with give me some relief or I need to take Advil. After day 1 of taking this I was like…wait, I don’t think I need my heat pack at the end of day. Noticing some small but great changes. I’ll keep taking this and taking note.

Well they taste like someone made hash out of horse poo and cigarette butts, so you try to swallow em quick, but wow the energy boost is quite astounding. They taste awful so they better be good for ya 😉

I decided to write a review because I wanted to see how I felt after taking a full box, and then stopped. The two main things I noticed is that I felt more anxious and didn’t sleep as well, AND, I got sick for the first time in a long time. I can’t say that both are directly due to not taking Shilajit, but it’s what stood out. I am now on my second box. I take two a day but a friend said he takes two in the morning and one in the afternoon and it makes a huge difference. What difference exactly I’m not sure, but I will try that schedule soon.
