I got this for my wife as a backup because her favorite brand is often out of stock or has an astronomically high price at times. She finally got a chance to give it a shot and she said it was not as convenient as pills, but she was happy with the results. Like many, she is not a fan of tart cherry but what can you do. I tasted it myself and it’s pretty good considering what it is. This is a melatonin complex vs straight melatonin and I feel that these formulas always work better, especially when you don’t always get your fresh fruit and veg in as often as you should. based on my wife’s feedback, this is a good product, but the price is a bit high vs her usual. I see similar items about the same, and some significantly higher when you break it down per dose.

The label suggests 2 droppers but I only need one (1.5mg melatonin).. The taste is not unpleasant. Liquid gets into the system more quickly than capsules Alternating Sleep Support during the week with other sleep/relaxation products seems to be most effective for me.

Well, it does taste like sour dark cherry that’s for sure. I’m just not sure how well it knocks me out at night. It certainly doesn’t flip my brain switch off to dark mode ASAP. I’m guessing it might help calm me down but if you are out playing pickleball or at a late night work pitch with customers, this won’t replace your simmer time. It might be better just to take an hour and read a book. I’ll stick with it and see. At least I don’t wake up groggy.
