I normally have to take sleeping pills in order to sleep through the night due to insomnia. Last night was my first time ditching the pills and trying this product. It knocked me out, and it did not take long for it to kick in. I did not wake up until the morning. I’m not sure of a calming effect, because it gave me more of being very sleepy, which is why I will only take this at night. I am very impressed. I also suffer from stress, anxiety and depression, so I will update this review about any improvement in those areas eventually, but I just had to come here to brag about my full night of sleep without sleeping pills!
The box arrived very beat up, and I was worried about receiving a used or broken bottle, but the bottle was sealed and intact.
The taste is sweet like honey, and I just take one full dropper (1ml) directly to my mouth

I love everything about this product. It taste great and so easy to take. It’s wonderful because it absorbs being sublingual instantly into your system. It is so good for you so healthy Nurses, your body and wards off so many infections and diseases! Love it staple in my life Forever !

I have used ashwagandha before but it was many years ago. I’ve forgotten about it and I purchased this and I think it works. It helps better than taking nothing. I like the bottle with the dropper. It’s convenient. Taste seems fine to me and like I said it seems to help calm me down a little. It worked before so it works now so I don’t have a problem with it. We’ll probably purchase again

Like most of us these days, we’re pushed and pulled in many directions and this can leave you feeling a bit out of sorts. This product is promoted as an adaptive herbal product that should help you feel a bit more like yourself and better able to weather the storms of life with less impact to your overall mental and physical health. Here are my thoughts on this product.
KUDOS: This product is made with the herb, glycerin and water. It’s gluten-free (I have been GF for a decade now so that matters), is alcohol-free and tastes fine to me, a little like oregano but pleasant. I have now been using it for several weeks and overall, I do feel it’s helped with stress reactions in me. That is subjective, as we all are different but if it helps reduce excess cortisol, that’s great. Pricewise, this tincture is much less expensive than other products.
CONS: None thus far. If I change my mind on that, I’ll be back to update my review.
OVERALL: Give it a try if you’re looking for ways to help adapt to life’s stresses. Price means you’re not out a ton if it’s not for you but if if it works, it could be a game changing supplement.

I have used ashwagandha pills off & on over the years, with so so results. This tincture works far better & quicker and actually helps me go back to sleep & stay asleep for several hours.
I use a full squeeze and put it into my mouth & hold it there between the roof of my mouth and under my tongue for at least a minute before I swallow it. Has a light honey’ish flavor. Doesn’t leave me hung over.
I don’t sleep well & haven’t for over 40 years so I’m always on the quest for something that will help. I took it with me when traveling & it is under the 3oz limit so had no issues.
