When I started taking this, I coughed up a lot of phlegm. But that’s a good thing. However, it eventually subsided. Overall, I am breathing better. I like that it is in a sublingual form, which is more absorbable than a pill or capsule. While I still cough when I have phlegm, I am coughing far less. I don’t think this stops phlegm from being created, but it seems to help take out the trash when it piles up. My lungs have thanked me for getting it.

I have only recently started to look at supplements for addressing health related issues to breathing and respiratory problems. I’ve had allergies all my life and at different times of year due to seasonal allergies or air quality issues such as SMOG, wild fires, and pollen my breathing is impacted. I’ve tried taking ginger with turmeric root and that seemed to help but only slightly. But I wanted to see if there was more effective supplements rather than making a cough suppressant when allergies flare.
I started this supplement by adding 2mL to my soy milk bottle, which I drink one per day, and drinking the soy with food or smoothies. I don’t notice any strong flavor because I add only 2mL to a quart of soy milk. It’s very easy to take by adding it directly to the bottle after I open it up and don’t even notice any taste difference. I’ve been taking it just shy of a week and I can’t say I’ve had any noticeable changes to my breathing or occasional cough or congestion. I’m not sure what the product information page means when they say it provides respiratory support. I haven’t noticed any changes so I can’t really attest to whether it’s helping or not. I can attest that I haven’t seen any negatives from taking the supplement and it’s very easy to take by adding to your favorite flavored drink.

This item is easy to use and it has a decent taste. The dropper has good suction/measurement for a fully accurate dose. Mullein leaf is good for upper respiratory and lung health. This item is ideal for smokers, and can also be used as an expectorant

Smoker here. Day 1, added 4 half of the droppers in a bottle of water and added MiO for flavor, drank half in 30 mins and was throwing up mucus within 2 hours. Day 2 same amount, coughing a ton of mucus up and lungs feel cleaner, most energy I’ve had in a while. Thank you!! Will be reordering more
