I love liquid supplements. I believe they do work quicker than pills. Unfortunately, I have a lot of reasons to question the authenticity of this Mullein Leaf Extract Tincture with Chlorophyll. First, it did not have any sort of seal and the lid rim was broken. Second, The liquid is green -BUT Mullein leaf extract is dark brown so into play comes the light green chlorophyll, because the only other ingredients are organic glycerin and water. BUT there is no listed chlorophyll ingredient on the bottle. It is very confusing. To me the color should be a dark green/brown. Third: It tastes like sugar water only. If it wasn’t green you would think it was just the glycerin and water. I probably should not have even tasted it with no seal, but I live on the edge I guess for product testing! I liked that it was all organic but I don’t think it is certified organic because I couldn’t find any evidence of that. I really have to question what exactly is in the bottle.

There are some printing errors on the label. The dose states 2ml or 6 drops. A drop is next to nothing in amount and I think it should read droppers. The next problem with that would be that the dropper fills to .75ml so it should state 3 instead of 6.
The taste and color are both green and it tasted normal. My only complaint is the labeling dose isn’t great.

Seems to be working as expected. Pleasant taste & smell. This is a good size bottle for the price. Easy to take.

Neither my husband nor I can say with any certainty that the MULLEIN DROPS FOR LUNGS CLEANSE is actually having any impact on our lungs or respiratory health. There’s just too many variables to be able to say with certainty. My husband started taking this when he had a bad wet cough. It ran its course fairly quickly, but he still has a bit of a dry cough. In my opinion, if you believe this will work for you, there is a better chance that it will. I’m a bit of a skeptic about a lot of the holistic types of cures.
This is a tincture, which normally indicates a very small amount of active ingredient, which is common with a lot of medications that bill themselves as holistic. This actually has 1200 mg of mullein listed per dose (6 drops), with instructions that say to take 10 drops twice daily. That comes to 4000mg a day. I don’t know if that is considered safe or not. The only other ingredients listed on the bottle are glycerin and water. This has a very sweet taste, so I don’t know where the flavor is coming from. Perhaps it doesn’t list everything that it contains, and it’s odd anyway to list the mg amounts in a serving size that doesn’t match the actual product dose recommended in the instructions. It’s a small label to have a different “dose size” than the “serving size,” which calculates the ingredients. I question the accuracy of the label as well as the effectiveness of the product itself.
I don’t doubt the wisdom of centuries of Eastern medicine that have successfully used plant extracts and herbs to treat a variety of conditions. I don’t doubt that some forms of Mullein can be beneficial. It’s this particular product that I’m not sold on. I just don’t feel confident or comfortable taking it, and I would not order it again.
You put 10 drops of this under your tongue, dispensed from an eyedropper. On the upside, the flavor’s not bad and a little bit sweet. It is better than I would expect for something that is dark green and has the consistency of syrup.

Generally pleased with the product, except for the price. I use mullein every day to aid with my personal breathing issues and find this supplement helps. Just wish it wasn’t as costly as it is.

I’ve intended to make mullein tincture for years (I make most of my tinctures) but have yet to get around to it. Mullein is supposed to be a good expectorant so it was an important tincture to have. I have tasted it and it’s a nice strong, good quality, alcohol-free tincture. Since I’m not suffering from anything respiratory right now, I can’t really report on how well it works. Maybe having it on my shelf will keep me from needing it–you know, sort of like carrying an umbrella to keep it from raining! I’ll report back when I need to use it.

I tried this supplement for the complete amount provided. I observed no adverse effects from the drops. It was hard to perceive whether their was improvement just due to this product.
The smell and taste are reasonable and it is easy to measure the correct amount each day.
I will purchase another bottle just to see if the drops help.
