I make this up in a water botte and pour a small amount in a glass. I give this to my husbnd who has trouble clearing his throat with flem. He’s been taking it for almost a week 3xs a day a d we see quite an improvement. Highly recommend this product he says the taste isn’t bad. I smoke the za on the regular and I can’t really explain it but I FELT like my lungs needed some sort of detox from the mucus buildup. On top of that, I got sick and I ordered this extract out of desperation. The price is a little bit too high for me personally but you actually get a FAT amount of product, so it’s worth your buck.
Now onto the real review. Taste is a 5/10, not too bad, not insufferable, slightly bitter but in the end it tastes like old water. I do recommend taking it 3x daily, as it says on the bottle, but I just take one full water bottle and squeeze the extract 6 times in it, shake it up, and boom. There are my 3 doses for the day.
When I tell you that I was coughing and spitting out so much phlegm- not only from me being sick, but also from my “gardening”- and actually breathing a whole lot better now than before. I honestly thought I was breathing wrong at one point.
Do I recommend this product? Yes. Did it help me? Also yes. Is it worth the money? In my opinion, yes.
Buy it if you want, or don’t, but if you normally smoke on the regular like me (2-3 a week for reference) I strongly highly recommend you get this product, try it out for a week or two, and feel the results yourself.

Mullein has so many benefits. This is a good option instead of smoking mullein or relying on tea. This is my second remedy that I have tried from Nutra Harmony and I am pleased with the taste and the ease of use. It is also reasonably priced. It takes time to see if it is effective but I am hopeful.

The herbal formula seems good HOWEVER the dropper that comes with the 4oz bottle is horrible–the dropper is not marked in any way and it does not work well–when squeezing bulb completely it draws up maybe 1/4 dropperful at most.
