The liquid form is so much easier on my stomach than capsules, and I feel the benefits almost immediately. I’ve noticed less muscle tension, reduced stress, and better sleep since incorporating these drops into my routine. The L-Theanine gives me a calm, relaxed feeling, and the Magnesium Glycinate has been fantastic for easing any muscle aches or soreness.
The taste is mild and not overpowering, which makes it really easy to add to my daily routine. If you’re looking for a magnesium supplement with high absorption that covers all your bases—muscle relaxation, better sleep, and stress relief—I highly recommend these 5-in-1 Magnesium Drops. They’ve been a game changer for me!

This definitely helps with staying more regulated. Balancing this and some stress release activities has made a big difference over the holidays, and at the dentist!
I mostly applied topically to my throat/thyroid area. A few oral doses, and the flavor is mildly sweet and fruity.
Next I plan on trying to switch my son from melatonin to this for helping him fall asleep. I have high hopes for success.

The product formula seems good, as it includes 5 forms of Magnesium and a few other often beneficial ingredients. I ordered it because I like the use of varied forms of the mineral, as it’s so hard to find a definitive ‘expert opinion’ as to which of them is most bio-available to the human body.
Its flavor immediately reminded me of “Fizzies,” a water flavoring tablet which when dropped into a cup of water, was effervescent – thus the name. It was popular when I was a child in the 1960’s and was much cheaper than soda, so my parents sometimes bought it for us as a summer treat. It was artificially flavored and supposedly tasted like various fruits, but even being a kid and except for the cherry flavor, I thought it tasted pretty gross. In like manner, to me this product tastes both artificially flavored and nasty.
The building, maintenance, and operation of a supplement manufacturing facility is prohibitively expensive; therefore, the vast majority of dietary supplements are produced by huge, private label manufacturers or contract manufacturers and then ‘brand’ labeled according to customer preferences. The manufacturing location may be domestic or foreign and is not dependent upon where the product will be sold. This in general can give me confidence, as due to US supplement labeling laws it is in the best interest of any *US based manufacturer* to make sure that what is listed on the label is in fact in the bottle.
I have no issues with a product being produced overseas, as long as I can reasonably find a traceable, stateside presence for the company and in this case, I find nothing. The label provides no phone number but does read “Manufacturer: Jingyat Global Trade Inc.” with an address which when looking at zoning records for it, comes up as a single-family property and the arial photo for the listing shows a house, what appears to be a detached garage and an outbuilding. I found a trademark for Jingyat (without ‘Global Trade Inc.’ in the name), but it is unclear if that is related to this company or to another. If it is the same, the owner of the trademarked name is in China.
Other than Amazon listings, all I could locate which is clearly related to this company is the website “Jingyat-supplement.com” which is *very* minimalistic and as anyone can buy a domain, it could be owned/managed by someone who living in the above-mentioned house and runs their business from the couch. While the website has a ‘contact us’ page/form, there is no contact information listed, such as a phone#, address or even email address. Also, I could find no records for a business entity by the name of Jingyat, when searching the business or phone directory for Holdrege, NE.
As is nearly always true of supplements ordered through e-commerce sites, until the non-returnable product is received, one really cannot know much about it. After a bit of looking for and not really finding a way to easily contact them in the *unlikely event that an adverse reaction is experienced from consuming the product*, I disposed of it and cannot recommend it to others.

really like this it feels very calming especially at the right dose I am currently taking 1/2-1 full dropper. the blend contains 5 different types of magnesium that are synergistic and l-theanine and lemon balm which are calming. b12 for mood regulation and anxiousness….. I like to put it in my black tea and it saves money from not having to buy the name brand tea with this in it…..super easy to use also. induces authophagy any time of day at the dose I’m using. this has a unnoticable light floral taste.
it helps with my covid injuries mood issues a lot …….and I’m also taking this with lithium orotate, NAC, anti-inflammatories, d3/k2. also the 1 minute cure, rotating that with mushrooms/probiotics, and im getting amazing results.
if you dont get the calming effects then lower your dose to maybe a 1/4 dropper and go from there…. this works for me and does exactly what it says, calming and gentle a great product would repurchase.

This is a fantastic supplement! The combination of l-theanine, lemon balm, and vitamin B12 is exactly what I was looking for. It also has ALL the magnesium forms. Each type has a different use so I’m thrilled to find something with all 5 magnesium types! The liquid form is also really easy to take and I know absorption is better with a liquid. Overall, this is my new favorite supplement and I would highly recommend it!

I try out quite a few different magnesium supplements and I was excited to find this JINGYAT one for the fact that it doesn’t include vitamin D. So many products have vitamin d added these days and it’s one of the few vitamins that you need to make sure you don’t take too much of. The other added supplements such lemon balm are a nice touch.
I don’t plan to make this my go-to magnesium supplement for a few reasons. They might be aesthetic reasons, but the first is that the packaging and the listing do not inspire confidence that this is a well-established company that is making things to the highest standards. An additional theoretically aesthetic issue is that the taste is not that pleasant. It’s supposed to be cherry flavor and the top note smell is indeed Cherry, but really a lot of the actual flavor is cherry with a strong hit of clove. The price at $20 a bottle is at the upper end of what I see for most magnesium supplements, but as I’ve said this is not the one that I plan to prioritize.
