The writing on the dropper started to seep away and came off into the liquid in the bottle. This is a major concern as we would then be ingesting the ink that came off in the magnesium. Wishing I could return as it was not a cheap product. Hope to warn others of this product safety concern.

These drops arrived yesterday. I had been doing a lot of brush clearing for a fire-break in 105 degree temp. Even though I had been drinking electrolytes, my arms were shaking. Then back at home, my left calf, foot and toes started severely and painfully cramping. I quickly took these great tasing blueberry (2 full droppers). Because this is sublingual the absorption was very fast. The painful and somewhat scary cramps subsided in a little over a half hour. I think it helped having the calcium, potassium in addition to the magnesium glycinate. I am sold on liquid drops for the advertised 50:1 higher absorption rate with this method.

This liquid Calcium Potassium and Magnesium supplement from NaSeny has a good amount of each mineral, along with low amounts of vitamins C, D and B6. I’ve read that it’s best to take these minerals together to help the body to absorb and use the nutrients. I prefer taking liquid supplements because of difficulty swallowing pills. The blueberry flavor is good and does not taste artificial. For some people, magnesium glycinate can upset the stomach, but I had no such issues with this. There are no added sweeteners, but there is potassium sorbate which is a preservative. The bottle was well-sealed and the dropper includes measurement markings. Not sure I’d order this one again because there are other options that do not contain perservatives.
