This is very hard to judge because I’ve only been taking it for 10 days but, so far, I really like the fact it’s flavorless and that is absorbs quickly. It’s thin liquid so you don’t notice any funky feel when taking directly from the dropper. Some may prefer to add to a drink. I hope that I see good, solid positive results so I can come back and share my true experience.

I used these drops with the hope that my energy levels would boost, and it helps! As a student, I get a lot of zoom fatigue (it’s real trust me) and a massive headache after spending all day looking at a screen. When it’s time to study, I’m already tired and burnt out. Great with no taste. Low thyroid runs in my family, I had drying skin, gained 20lbs over last cpl yrs. and tired all time.
