Living in an area that has really hot summers, the need for electrolytes has been really important for me. This works great! I usually will it add it to some water around noon and it works great. Highly recommend!

I love TruLyte Electrolyte Drops! I live in Arizona and am always feeling dehydrated due to the heat and dry climate. I am amazed at how much more hydrated I feel using the TruLyte drops in my water. I was having some leg cramping when I was working out and after using the drops for a few days the cramping went away. I also love that there is no flavor or taste, which is what I have been looking for. I am very happy I found TruLyte and will continue to purchase!

I took the cap off to remove the inner seal and it fell off. It had splash marks from the product on the outside of the bottle. Can’t return it obviously it can’t be resold but appears like someone else did or it wasn’t sealed properly not sure.

TruLyte is honestly the best form of electrolytes that I’ve tried! I’ve mainly used this during my workouts and I can honestly say that I felt so much more energized than I usually do. As an extra bonus that I wasn’t expecting, the sodium that’s included in TruLyte gave me an absolutely ridiculous pump that really helped with my workout. Mind you I don’t take any pre-workout or any other products besides TruLyte for my workouts. I also noticed that I felt much more hydrated for hours after my workout when usually I feel really dehydrated after my workouts from how much I typically sweat. It’s so simple to use and you can mix it into any beverage of your choice, and since it’s flavorless, it doesn’t hinder the taste of your drinks. So, for anyone that is looking for extra hydration to take with them on a hike, to the beach, to the gym, or even just to have on a regular basis, I would highly recommend TruLyte!!

I only leave reviews if I really like something or I really dislike something never really in between – so here is the strange part…. I’m 43 and I was probably about 32 or 33 when I discovered that I have an incredibly hard time maintaining the sodium/electrolytes in my body from food, to water. I found this out by ending up in the hospital not knowing WTF was wrong with me and the doctor came in with an Orange Gatorade and was like…. “drink this, or you can literally drink some water with some table salt if need be”……. Okay…. So over the years Pedialyte, Gatorade, Propell alllll those were always just too sweet, and too basically YUCK for me to drink enough for me to be okay.
I was actually going to start a big purchase and get a bunch of Liquid IV and just be okay with the expense, and the hope that it would work…. THEN I found this stuff… I drink about 9 or 10 – 16oz bottled water per day, I add about 7 of these drops in each bottle and I am SO thankful that there is zero taste. I am sensitive about everything and especially my water, I was fully prepared to have some sort of taste after these drops…. Ummmmm noooooo…… absolutely zero taste, water tastes the same. This is a product for people like me who have issues retaining sodium and electrolytes. I first used 10 drops and I knew it was probably too much, 7 drops per 16 oz bottle of water and you WILL STAY hydrated. I am SOOOOOO thankful I found this product because Liquid IV is extremely expensive if you actually need the use of this product. I would 1,000% recommend this and will be purchasing this again asap. I am SOOOOO happy I found this gem!!!

Truly enjoyed this product. The box look weathered and old, like it had gotten wet before. Other than that, I liked how easy this liquid was to add to my water. It does not taste like the ocean, which is nice when compared to other electrolyte liquids that due. I felt more hydrated when in use. I will purchase again.

I use this type of product when my sodium levels are low and my Dr. recommends electrolyte drinks. So I am trying Trulyte.

Compared to powdered form these electrolytes work half as good I would suggest using double the amount and increasing the size of the bottle to three or four times the size that included
