Derek from MPMD knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable guy I trust all of his products. Sure you may not need all the products he sells through gorilla mind but creatine is a no brainer. Could potentially add more to your lifting journeys / physique journey. Definitely pick this up. If your looking for other supplements like gym pre-workout check them out as well delicious flavors and free of itch not itching with his products because they don’t include beta alanine. Anyways great company I never write reviews but this company is always come through.

Creatine Monohydrate is supposed to average 0.19 cents per serving (5g serving size) according to average market value
This product is 83 cents per serving. It also does not dissolve very well. But that is an issue with all creatine monohydrate products. At the end of the day its an okay value creatine that has nothing added to it and id say its worth it considering it is all too easy to find other creatine products that dont fit that description.
